Can't Have Me (Space Port Maneuvers Part II)

Exiting the biomed port will be a challenge.

Unidentified beings, possibly androidal, have been clearly monitoring our ship, attempting to upload files and asking questions; based on their vessels, they are from inside the dark matter clouds. Having a starlighter in dark clouder possession would be unspeakably valuable as a power source, let alone possibly two. While we are enclosed in these biological bipedal forms we are at extreme risk. Their ships are massive, are incredibly powerful, but fortunately not at the level that I’ve seen in several branched timelines – eons both in the relative past and future. That being stated, I don’t see everything, just a few important things. At times I lack important details. This would be one of them.

We have to get out of here.

I need not one, but two diversions – maybe more? I am skeptical I can outrun their ships in time for them to not get in front of us and keep us from hitting FTL. I need them to believe we’re gone. Dead would be advantageous. There is a ship on the other side of the port that looks oddly similar to our junk heap and if I can trick them into believing that’s the ship we are in, we may be able to jump into launch traffic and get far enough to achieve FTL before they board.

Time to spend some credits. We need more clones.
